CONDICIONES DE COMPRA

  • 1. OBJETO

    Esta web es propiedad de NEMESIS LABORATORIOS y está destinada a la compra online de cosméticos de la marca Eberlin Biocosmetics, de nuestra propiedad.

  • 3. ¿CÓMO COMPRAR?

    1. Entre en nuestra web y pincha la pestaña de TIENDA para acceder a la compra. Elige la línea que quieres visitar en la home o en el submenú de TIENDA.
    2. Puedes ver todos los productos de una categoría o seleccionar el tipo de producto para ver los detalles del mismo. Después, añadir al carrito. Puedes añadir al carrito el producto directamente, si no te interesa ver detalles del producto.
    3. Puedes consultar el carrito en todo momento y añadir o quitar unidades. Cuando hagas modificaciones en el carrito, no olvides actualizar carrito.
    4. Puedes hacer tu pedido como Usuario Registrado o como Invitado.
    5. Escribe tus datos de facturación, y solo despliega la pestaña de DATOS DE ENVÍO, si no corresponde con la de facturación.
    6. El pago se hace a través de tu tarjeta VISA/MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY, AMAZON PAY o PAYPAL (bien con tu cuenta, si la tienes, o haciendo el pago con tarjeta).
    7. Después de introducir tus datos, has de pinchar FINALIZAR COMPRA.
    8. Recibirás un email de confirmación con los detalles de tu compra y te notificaremos que tu compra ha sido COMPLETADA cuando tu pedido esté preparado.

  • 4. ¿CUÁNDO RECIBIRÉ MI PEDIDO?

    Le llegará en 1-2 DÍAS LABORABLES.

  • 5. GASTOS DE ENVÍO

    Los gastos de envío son GRATIS.

  • 6. ¿PUEDO SABER EL ESTADO DE MI PEDIDO?

    Estamos trabajando para que pronto puedas conocer el estado de tu pedido.

  • 7. ¿DÓNDE RECIBIRÉ MI PEDIDO?

    En la dirección que haya elegido en el proceso de compra (su oficina, su domicilio o donde quiera recibir su pedido). Si usted hace uns compra, pero quiere enviarla a un amigo, familiar u otra dirección de destino suya, ha de seleccionar en el formulario ENVIAR A OTRA DIRECCIÓN y rellenar los campos.

  • 8. QUIERO ESTAR AL TANTO DE LAS NOVEDADES

    En la web, puede darse de alta en nuestra Newsletter. Puede darse de baja cuando quiera desde el propio email que recibes.

  • 9. DEVOLUCIONES E INCIDENCIAS

    Si mi pedidxo llega defectuoso, ¿qué hago?. Escriba un correo a nuestro servicio de Atención al Cliente: atencioncliente@nemesis.es  y señalando en el asunto RECLAMACIÓN. Cuéntanos y te responderemos lo antes posible para solventar la incidencia. SOLO SE DEVOLVERÁN PRODUCTOS QUE LLEGUEN EN MAL ESTADO.

  • 10. FORMA DE PAGO

    Utilizamos el sistema de Comercio Electrónico Seguro.
    PayPal. Cuando finalice el proceso de compra será redirigido a la web de PayPal donde podrá finalizar el pago.

  • 11. DATOS DE PRIVACIDAD

    Los campos que le pedimos para formalizar un pedido, son:
    • Correo electrónico
    • Contraseña (solo si quieres darte de alta como usuario y no volver a rellenar los campos en la siguiente compra)

    • Nombre de empresa (opcional)
    • Información dirección de entrega

    • Datos complementarios (opcional)

    Estos datos serán para uso de Eberlin Biocosmetics y el centro colaborador a través del que se haya hecho la compra. Si no quiere recibir notificaciones, solo tienes que anular la suscripción en el mismo email que reciba.

  • 12. PRECIOS

    Los precios de todos los productos incluyen el IVA.  El precio facturado al comprador es el indicado en la confirmación de pedido. Los precios indicados no tienen en cuenta los gastos de envío que se facturarán aparte y se le indicarán al comprador en el momento de la confirmación definitiva de la compra.
