✅ 1. Cleansing
Cleansing is the essential first step. A clean face ensures that the following active ingredients can penetrate effectively.
If you wear makeup or sunscreen, double cleansing is recommended.
In the morning, a gentle cleanser is enough to remove sweat and natural sebum.
✅ 2. Toner
Helps balance the skin and improve subsequent absorption.
For sensitive skin, soothing or hydrating toners are especially useful.
For oilier skin, a balancing toner can help control shine.
The Hydra Global lotions from our Equilibrium line are essential as a preparatory step before the more powerful actives.
✅ 3. Serum
The serum is the heart of the routine.
This is where the most concentrated actives are applied, such as vitamin C, peptides, hyaluronic acid, depigmenting agents or epigenetic formulas.
Serum always goes before cream, as its lightweight texture allows the actives to penetrate faster and deeper.
✅ 4. Eye contour
After the serum and before the cream. The eye area requires a specific formula and should be applied gently to the periocular zone to reduce puffiness, dark circles and fine lines.
✅ 5. Moisturising or nourishing cream
Its role isn’t just to hydrate: it seals in the serum’s actives and prevents water loss from the skin.
A suitable cream boosts the effectiveness of the treatment.
✅ 6. Sunscreen (morning)
The most important step of the day. SPF 30 or 50 filter, always at the end.
Sunscreen should be the last layer because it protects and forms an external barrier.
✅ And at night?
The evening routine may include more powerful products:
-
Retinol or retinal (Retilab)
-
Rich repairing creams for regeneration
-
Epigenetic serums for cellular renewal
At night, the skin goes into repair mode, which is why intensive actives work best then.
