This website is owned by NEMESIS LABORATORIOS and is intended for the online purchase of Eberlin Biocosmetics brand cosmetics, which we own.

3. HOW TO BUY
1. Enter our website and click on the STORE tab to access the purchase. Choose the line you want to visit on the home page or in the STORE submenu.
2. You can see all the products in a category or select the type of product to see its details. Then add to cart. You can add the product to the cart directly, if you are not interested in seeing product details.
3. You can consult the cart at any time and add or remove units. When you make modifications to the cart, don’t forget to update the cart.
4. You can place your order as a Registered User or as a Guest.
5.Enter your billing information, and only display the SHIPPING INFORMATION tab, if it does not correspond to the billing information.
6. Payment is made through your VISA / MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY, AMAZON PAY or PAYPAL card (either with your account, if you have one, or by paying with a card).
7. After entering your data, you have to click FINALIZE PURCHASE.

It will arrive in 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. During the COVID-19 health crisis, deliveries can be delayed.

7. WHERE WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
At the address you have chosen in the purchase process (your office, your home or where you want to receive your order). If you make a purchase, but want to send it to a friend, family member or other destination address of yours, you must select in the form SEND TO ANOTHER ADDRESS and fill in the fields.

9. RETURNS
If my order arrives defective, what do I do? Write an email to our Customer Service: atencioncliente@eberlinbiocosmetics.com and indicating the subject CLAIM. Tell us and we will respond as soon as possible to solve the incident. ONLY PRODUCTS THAT ARRIVE IN BAD CONDITION WILL BE RETURNED.
10. PAYMENT
We use the Secure Electronic Commerce system PayPal.

12. PRICE
The prices of all products include VAT. The price invoiced to the buyer is indicated in the order confirmation. The prices indicated do not take into account the shipping costs that will be invoiced separately and will be indicated to the buyer at the time of the final confirmation of the purchase.
